Cable Float Level Switch is made from resistant polypropylene. It is durable, economical, maintenance free & easy to install. And spe-cially designed for multiple point level detection in liquids. Its hermetic sealed, polypropylene body makes it suitable for sewage application. The switching ON or OFF differential is adjusted by a counterweight on the cable. The switches will transmit an ON or OFF contact signal output when the float rises and turns upwards. The switch contains a metal ball that can side as the float position changes.

Rotating Paddle Switches .A stepper motor rotate the Paddle slowly an encoder coupled to the paddle shaft produces electrical pulses during its
rotation. The pulses are monitored by a microcontroller to monitor its movement. Paddle rotation stops when the material
covers it. The microcontroller gets signal from the encoder about the material presence and signal is processed to derive
potential free contacts. The microprocessor continuously checks the material presence. The paddle shakes and vibrates to
discard the built up material ensuring the material has receded and paddle is free. There after the output status is changed
and motor starts rotating smoothly again waiting for the level to come.

Side Mounted Level Switch are designed for use in tanks and vessels for indicating or controlling the level of a liquid. They work well as high or low level controls. Its operating princi-pal is magnetic & wetted part construction in SS. RF-Capacitance Level Switch are the Capacitance level detectors which are sometimes called as admittance level sen-sors. These sensors make use of radio frequency bal-anced impedance bridge circuit to find out whether the probe is in touch with the process material whose level is going to be detected. RF-Capacitance level switch is appropriate for appli-cation in liquid and solid mediums. Design and sensing electric unit makes it suitable for sticky media, large hoppers and storage bins. The switch is easily thread mounted an the tank and is highly reliable in operation.
RF-Capacitance level switch consists of a guard section, upper su-lation, main probe and grounding. It consists of a conductive obe which serves as one of the capacitor plate, and the vessel wall ich forms the other plate of capacitor since it is also prepared fr a conductive material. The isolation between these two plates of ca-pacitor is provided via an insulating process material having low di-electric constant. Now, for measurement purpose, an RF signal is ap-plied between the two capacitor plates which cause a little flow of current from the conductive probe to the vessel wall via process ma-terial. The probe works as an antenna to sense the frequency.
"When the level in the tank drops and the probe is ex—posed to the even less conductive vapours, the dielec—tric constant drops. This causes a drop in the capaci—tance reading and a minute drop in current flow. This change is detected by the level switch' s internal cir—cuitry and translated into a change in the relay state of the level switch".
